1. Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA)
Under New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act, all products must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. If a product is faulty, defective, or does not meet these guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy:
• Minor faults: We will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
• Major faults: You may choose a replacement or a full refund.
• Contact us: Please contact us within 30 days of collection at wandering-willows@hotmail.com or in person to arrange a return. Proof of purchase is required.
We will assess the item to confirm the fault before providing a remedy. If the issue is due to misuse, damage, or improper care, we may not offer a remedy.
2. Change of Mind Returns
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect choices. Please choose carefully when ordering online.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
• Pet food, treats, or perishable products
• Pet bedding, grooming products, or other hygiene-related items
4. Returns Process
• Timeframe: Faulty items must be reported within 30 days of collection.
• Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, with packaging and proof of purchase.
• Collection Only: Returns must be brought to our shop at 1415 SH1, Topuni, 0975 during our opening hours 7am-10am and 3pm- 5:15pm. We do not offer return shipping or pick-up services.
• Assessment: We will inspect the item and process your remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) as quickly as possible, in line with the CGA.
